Research interests


Zoology; entomology; faunistics, taxonomy, bionomy and autecology of the insect orders Neuroptera, Megaloptera and Raphidioptera in Palearctic; faunistics of the insect orders Orthoptera, Blattodea, Mantodea, Dermaptera, Odonata, Embioptera, Isoptera and Mecoptera in Bulgaria; zoogeography of the Western Palearctic; protection of entomofaunistical diversity, habitats and sites with rare insects; biospeleology; museum exhibitions, acquisition of scientific zoological collections.
