Над 130 научни публикации в областта на еволюцията на наземната мегафауна, таксономията, морфологията, палеонтологията и археозоологията на Macromammalia еволюцията на поведението на гръбначните животни; екологията на хищниците (Carnivora); опазването на гръбначната фауна.

Текущи проекти

Изследване на Неогенската и кватернерна бозайна мегафауна от България (2004—2005 г.)

Териофауните от късния миоцен на България: Еволюция на палеосредата и биогеографски сходства. Проектът е по линия на сътрудничеството между БАН и CNRS — France и се изпълнява от НПМ-БАН и Института по динамика на човешката еволюция в Париж. Под печат е монография, отразяваща резултатите от проекта до момента

Червена книга на България (том 2 — животни). Проектът е финансиран от МОСВ
