The June 2026 issue has been published

Issue 6 of volume 48 of Historia naturalis bulgarica was published today, 1 June. It includes two articles.

The first, First records of the invasive plant Carpobrotus edulis from the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast by Chavdar Gussev, Magdalena Valcheva and Bogdan Prodanov, presents first observations in Bulgaria of Carpobrotus edulis from both sand dunes and coastal cliffs.

The second, On the identity of the poorly known spider species Centromerus obscurus Boesenberg, 1902 and description of a new species (Araneae: Linyphiidae) by Christo Deltshev and Simeon Indzhov, discusses the taxonomic status and distribution of the poorly known linyphiid species Centromerus obscurus Boesenberg, 1902. Additionally, a new species, Centromerus thaleri sp. n., is described.
